What does the WhatsApp API plan include?
Each plan includes a verified WhatsApp Business API number, message template setup, broadcast tools, live chat, chatbot builder, dashboard access, and our dedicated service team (account manager, chatbot development, strategy consultation). Conversation charges by Meta apply separately.
How is Botsense different from Wati or AiSensy?

How long does onboarding take?
Most accounts go live in 1–3 business days after KYC and Facebook Business verification are approved. Your dedicated account manager handles the entire process.
Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?
Yes. You can migrate your existing number to the API. There is a short cut-over window; chats are preserved at Meta level, not inside the mobile app.
Do I need a Green Tick to use the API?
No. Green Tick is optional and reviewed by Meta. You can send and receive messages without it. We can help you apply for it though.
What are template messages and costs?
Templates are pre-approved message formats used to start conversations. Meta charges per conversation category (marketing, utility, authentication). Our team handles template creation and approval for you.
Is there a daily sending limit?
Meta applies tier limits based on quality and recent volume. We monitor quality signals and help you scale responsibly to avoid any restrictions.
What integrations are available?

Can I cancel or switch plans?
